We do not collect, store, transmit, or access any data you type. Your keystrokes and text remain entirely on your device. We have no servers that receive your data. For details, see our Privacy Policy.3. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in the App are owned by Heboard LLC. You may not copy or redistribute any part of the App.4. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heboard LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.7. Forum Selection
You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within New York County, New York, USA. You irrevocably waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction in such courts.8. Changes to These Terms
